Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to most countries in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America. Please DM or email us if you would like us to personally confirm our status of a specific shipping destination.

When will my order be shipped?

It will take us 1 to 5 business days for us to ship your order after your purchase on our website. Please be patient as Bohm is managed and run by one person.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancelations to your order. You will need to place another order, or apply for a refund. See the bottom of this page for more information. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us!

How do I join the Bohm Rewards Program?

Click the crown icon on the lower right side on the home page. There you can sign up for our Bohm Rewards. You can also go to our Bohm Rewards Page under About Us!

How do I join the Bohm Ambassador Program?

We are currently not accepting application for positions on our ambassador program. Information about the program and applications are up on our website. If we accept your application, we will let you know shortly. 

Can I still be an Ambassador if I do not meet the requirements?

As long as you are at least 16 years of age, you can apply to be an ambassador! Although it states that you must have a certain amount of followers, we may still accept those who who don't. However, we will be prioritizing the applicants who meet these requirements.

How can i model for you?

If you would like to become a model for our brand, please DM us on instagram. Models must live in the Dallas, Texas area and be at least 15 years of age to be accepted.



  • Our returns policy is set to 30 days after your purchase. We will not offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. 
  • Refunds can only be given through store credit.
  • The item(s) must still be in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached. 
  • For safety and hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns for ear and hair accessories. 
  • Items that with "FINAL SALE" stamped onto the label are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • It will take 2 to 3 business days to process your return. 
  • At Bohm, we record the conditions of every item before they are shipped. Therefore, any item is damaged or not in its original condition that is not due to our error will be offered a partial refund or no refund at all.
  • Bohm Boutique is not responsible for any shipping fees or returns.

  • In order to complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (not just a picture of the item). 
  • Once your return is inspected and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your return and if the items are eligible for returns or exchanges. 


  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping services are currently experiencing shipping delays. If your order is delayed, then be sure to monitor your tracking details or reach out to the carrier for more information.
  • You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). 
  • The shipping costs of your item are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on large orders, as there is no guarantee that we will receive your items. 
  • Bohm Boutique is not responsible for returns lost during the shipping process.
